"Apple Realty follows all federal fair housing and local housing laws. Our rental criteria is as follows."

$42 application fee per 18+
Income: 2.5x rent (gross and other verifiable sources of income)
Credit: 600+ (medical and student loan debt exempt)
No outstanding balances owed to other housing providers/evictions
Criminal: No sex offenders/crimes against children regardless of date of conviction
No pending felonies or felony convictions within the last 7 years as allowable by WA state law involving arson, drug manufacturing/distribution, violence towards other tenants, landlords or employees
No pets/smoking
Documented service animals and ESAs welcomed.
